Branch Supervisor (Licensed Pharmacist) – Quezon City
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy, LICENSED.
- Must have at least 1 year experience as pharmacist in a retail store set up such as drugstore or health related industry (fitness center, sports club, medical/hospitals/clinics).
- Experience and understanding customer service, health care counseling and sales planning.
- With pleasing personality, high confidence and good communication skills;
- Must be computer literate.
Job Description:
- Attain branch sales target.
- Diligent handling of day-to-day branch operations and transactions such as inventory management, maintenance/housekeeping of store, proper handling of cash deposits, processing of credit card transactions and other branch finances.
- Responsible for branch permits and paperwork.
- Provides excellent personalized customer service and health care counseling to customers.
- Implements and monitors compliance of store personnel with corporate policies.
- Supervise, motivate, educate, manage and monitor performance of health consultants.
- Guard and report pilferage, fraud and internal theft.
- Analyze competition and monitor competitor pricing.
